WHAT IS TCC?

TCC is a for-profit corporation started for the purpose of serving our community with their construction and remodeling needs.

WHAT'S TCC'S MISSION?

TCC seeks to use our time, energy and resources to serve our customers with high quality workmanship so that they can be proud of their investment. Some of the proceeds help fund stateside and overseas trips to assist gospel-centered ministries with their construction and remodeling needs.​

While our company was only formed in 2016, we have been in the industry for over 15 years.

TCC is registered in Wisconsin, and primarily serves east central Wisconsin.

Getting Started With My Project

HOW IS THE ESTIMATE DETERMINED?

A representative from TCC will come by for a free in-home consultation to discuss the details of your project. We then estimate the cost of materials and amount of time needed to complete your project. Some projects are calculated on a "per job" basis, whereas others jobs are done by the amount of time necessary to complete it.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes, as a protection for you as well as us. Contracts delineate time frames, scope of work, what materials TCC provides and what materials the homeowner is to provide. After signing the contract, you have three days to cancel it.

HOW LONG DOES MY PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Projects vary and time frames vary. We will work with you and let you know an approximate time. If you have definite deadlines, we will strive very hard to meet those deadlines. However, any changes to the scope of work will result in a "change order" and might incur additional costs and time.

WHO'S COMING TO MY HOUSE?

For the estimate, it will be Nathanael. Once the project begins, again depending on the scope of the project, various professionals will be coming, i.e. plumber, electrician, building inspector, HVAC technician, cabinet maker or countertop specialist. Our subcontractors are licensed (as needed) and insured.

Payment

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT?

It depends upon the cost of the project, but generally 30%-50% is typical and allows us to buy materials. This down payment is due at the signing of the contract, but we hold onto it for the first three days in case the contract is rescinded.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKING A PAYMENT?

We accept checks (made out to TCC), cash, or through Paypal invoicing. Please note: Paypal payments will be charged an additional 2.9%.

CAN I ESTABLISH A PAYMENT PLAN?

Unfortunately no, but the project cost is broken up into installments based upon phases of work. The final 10% is due upon completion and customer satisfaction.

DOES TCC OFFER A WARRANTY AND FOR HOW LONG?

We guarantee our craftmanship for 365 days from installation. If the installation is unsatisfactory, we will correct the problem for free. Any warranties for a failed product that the homeowner purchases and we install, cover only the replacement of that failed product but not the labor to fix the problem. It's best to get your products through your contractor because then you are covered for both the replacement and labor to re-install if the products fail during the warranty period.
